The most beautiful, strong and incredible creatures on the planet are women. This universe is incomplete without women and we agree to the fact that women are the creatures who run the world. Nature and this vast magical universe have blessed women to build a life in them. The nature blessings start from when the girl enters in her puberty. Puberty is a phase where the body starts changing chemically. What makes women different than men? Women bleed. And that’s the blessing of nature. This bleeding is known as menstruation which starts from the age of 12 years in every girl.

Therefore, it is a vital process of nature that needs to be acknowledged in the right manner. Moreover, Blood, Pain, and women, in other words, this is the unique combination of nature where the female bleeds in pain but she smiles. Women are blessed by nature’s magic.

What is Menstruation? The bleeding Women

Menstruation is defined as a process performed in females where the blood comes out from the intimate part called vagina which generally lasts for about 5-7 days. This process of bleeding is known as menstruation which happens each month. Menstruation starts from an early age between 13- 15 age and end in age about 50-60. The ending of this process is called menopause, where menstruation stops. However, in biology definition, menstruation is a cycle that happens when the ovaries in females release an egg.

The womb prepares lining in if the egg gets fertile by getting in contact with sperm. The egg waits for the sperm for one day. After that, the lining in the womb along with the egg breaks and sheds blood. The bleeding continues for 5-7 days. If the egg gets fertilized by sperm, the prepared lining would be required to carry out the further process of pregnancy. This why periods stop in pregnancy.

 However, Menstruation is just a way of getting toxic and other chemicals out of the body via the blood. In addition, in these days of blood and pain, various sanitary napkins and tampons are used by women in order to prevent staining.

 

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)

Premenstrual Syndrome refers to a mixture of physical and mood disturbances in periods. The following are the most common PMS which are faced by women.

  • Mood swings
  • irritation
  • food cravings
  • abdominal pain
  • bloating
  • Tender breast
  • Backache and stomach pains
  • Emotionally down
  • Anxiety

Women face PMS every time they are about the be in periods or in periods. Every woman has different symptoms according to their body function. These symptoms start to appear before one or two days of bloodshed. However, these symptoms get along within 3 – 4 days of periods. Running or walking periods after the 3rd day can be beneficial for women to get relief from further cramps and muscle pain.

In conclusion, Menstruation is a natural process that comes with various symptoms and pain which are dealing with by women in every 28 days. This is the process where every woman has to keep good care for healthy periods. Blood, Pain & Women are related to each other in this universe. Without this process, the world will stop at a particular generation. In addition, female reproductive organs are developed and this is called menstruation which is a sign that shows the female is ready for ovulation process.
